I’ve spent over 20 years building and managing a residential and commercial property portfolio in Essex, including HMOs and investment assets. I’m still actively involved in acquisitions, sales and refinancing — not advising from the sidelines.

Alongside this, I combine real-world experience with AI-driven thinking to remove emotion, pressure-test decisions and bring clarity to complex situations. The focus is simple: better decisions that compound over time.

My background spans both property and business. I built my own portfolio whilst initially working another job before transitioning full time into my own property portfolio in 2007, a journey I documented in my book called ‘Wage Slave to Financial Freedom‘ that was originally published in 2011 and updated in 2014. I was also the first Franchise Partner of Platinum Property Partners, to continue to build my own portfolio whilst mentoring other investors across the UK. I’ve also owned an Estate Agency business in Chelmsford, giving me insight into both sides of property transactions, alongside running a Business Transfer agency specialising in the sale of pubs, hotels, care homes and other going concerns.
